Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute campus hiring strategies across Mainland China and Hong Kong
Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student groups
Organize and manage campus events, job fairs, info sessions, and workshops
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internships and graduate programs
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility among students
Work cross‑functionally with business teams to understand early‑talent needs
Maintain recruitment data, reporting, and market insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
Mainland China background strongly preferred , with existing university connections
Experience in HR, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment
Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage
