We are currently looking for a sales-driven, dedicated, and proactive candidate to take up our Consultant / Senior Consultant position, recruiting on a fast-paced and challenging desk. Your new role To support the next stage of our expansion, we are now seeking ambitious recruitment consultants to join our team. Your objective is to manage a 360-degree recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual fees in either a sales or execution/delivery role. Sales: Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients and lead on business developing new relationships with existing accounts and target clients. Win job opportunities that will be executed in collaboration with your colleagues in our contracting delivery team. Grow a portfolio of contracting clients in the long term. Delivery: Develop a network of contracting specific candidates using a variety of attraction strategies. Interview and qualify potential candidates while working closely with your team to execute recruitment processes for jobs sourced by your sales colleagues. Manage both client and candidates during the recruitment process. What you'll need to succeed A strong track record of results from a prior recruitment role (in either agency or in-house). A sales-driven and commercial approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Fluent-level English communication skills. Passionate about meeting new people and developing new relationships.
