**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the business partners in understanding the required reporting generation, data stream, data sources, and visualization.
- Define and establish data and reporting requirements with the stakeholders. Provide mark-up and draft for the reporting.
- Work with the technology and data group in automating these reports' generations, design, and support.
- Review the requirements from HKMA and MAS on Compliance and regulatory report. Come up with new designs or required changes for the reporting.
- Lead the project with end-to-end management from initiation to final implementation. Manage a matrixed project team and secure project resources.
- Build a good relationship with senior business leaders and decision-makers. Understanding reporting requirements and needs.
- Manage and reconcile conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, and act as an escalation point when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Regulatory Reporting generation would be a great plus.
- Experience with regulatory requirements from HKMA / MAS is a great plus.
- Experience in a cross-regional environment is a great plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with different senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in verbal and written English communications is essential.
- University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or other related disciplines
