Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange. DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development, and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities

Acquire new liabilities accounts, capture CASA, and promote fee income products with a focus on PRC/GBA.
Monitor account performance to ensure proper utilization of facilities and control overdue situations.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding banking operations.
Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Gather up-to-date market information in the banking industry and assist in developing new products.
Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, standards, lending guidelines, and procedures.
Perform activities as specified under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), Types 1 and 4.
Adhere to conditions imposed by HKMA and other regulators, including the Code of Conduct for licensed persons.

Requirements

Preferably hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
Good credit evaluation skills and team spirit.
Excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Registered RI (Types 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, & 8, or equivalent.
