Description Generate sales leads through business sales calls, emails, or social networks to prospect clients. Research potential clients and qualify them as prospects. Maintain effective communication and secure sales appointments. Produce daily sales progress updates/reports. Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches. Diligently update the Sales Team and CRM to stay current on leads and follow-ups. Requirements Minimum two years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Extensive experience in communicating with people at all levels, with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven can-do attitude. Proficiency in Chinese and English communication in both written and oral forms. Driven, competitive, and team-oriented: Strong desire to compete and win. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the (Senior) Team Leader position.
