Overview A reputable corporate bank with a strong regional expansion strategy is currently looking for a Remittance Associate to join their established Operation Department.

The position offers a renewable 1-year contract term.

Job Duties & Responsibilities As an associate in the payment team, you will carry out verification and approve system releases within the authorized limit for diverse remittance transactions, including inward/outward payments and cross-border transfers.

You will support monitoring transactional status related to the job, such as fund sourcing, irregular account status, system problems, and others, to guarantee the completion of all transactions within the specified cut-off times.

Take active measures to pursue suspicious transactions and conduct detailed investigations of relevant cases.

Adhere to the established procedure while preparing funding movement reports Match MT103 with MT950 in the NPS system via Excel macro for sanitary checking of filtration results Assist with any special operations related tasks, including cross-departmental support as directed by the Team Leader Comply with all established transaction processing policies and procedures.

Remain in compliance with rules and regulations relating to money laundering and maintain a level of vigilance and alertness to suspicious transactions Requirements: Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) level with 2-5 years' experience in remittance operations and extensive experience in a wide range of operational areas.

Less experienced candidates will be considered to be Officer Good interpersonal skills, customer-focused and service-oriented attitude Familiarity with AML and CT related compliance checks on payment transactions Good computer skills in MS Office Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
