Responsibilities: Lead the project development and acquiring strategy resource including but not limited to land, utility, connectivity, government relationship, for projects in Hong Kong Communicate and provide guidance to Finance & Analysis team during the development and execution of resource capital budgets.
Understanding of Day One existing projects and future development Coordinate with various teams supporting the data center development Develop and manage metrics quantifying project resource Manage relationship with external consultants and internal stakeholders for the project development throughout the entire life-cycle.
Work closely with Sales & Business team to understand the customer demand and requirement, and implement in the project development.
Work closely with Government Relationship to build the strong relationship with local authorities to ensure the project approval and delivery.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or equivalent work history with experience in data center infrastructure project.
At least 7+ years or more of data center related experience, i.e., site selection, business development, Strong understanding of data center site selection requirement and project development mechanism.
Knowledge and experience with resource such as large scale power systems and water supply related.
Experience in business negotiation with vendors, supplier, consultant and government agency.
Possess leadership and problem solving skills.
Motivated and highly dependable, requiring limited oversight.
