Our client is a reputable F&B group with headquarters in Hong Kong and a regional presence. To support their business expansion, a great opportunity exists for a Restaurant Manager to join the group. Responsibilities Ensure all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly during shifts, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance. Actively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Monitor stock levels of food and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery, minimizing waste and preventing shortages. Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure transaction accuracy. Balance cash registers at the end of each shift to maintain financial integrity. Implement and uphold health and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements and maintains cleanliness. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and attracting customers. Support the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and customer service. Mediate any disputes that arise, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality is preferred. Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant. Hotel experience is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
