We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure our guests continue to enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities As the Restaurant Manager at The Pizza Pig, you will be responsible for: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and support staff to provide exceptional service.
Create staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock is maintained.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
Marketing and Promotions: Implement and oversee marketing efforts, including promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas to attract new customers and retain regular guests.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and standards.
Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the F&B industry.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers in a bilingual environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Customer-Oriented: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve customer or operational issues efficiently.
Knowledgeable: Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
Good understanding of local dining trends and customer preferences.
