Manage food cost and conduct stock take regularly Implement marketing promotions Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: At least 2-8 year's relevant experience Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in Japanese restaurants.
