The Retail Marketing role is primarily responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for retail outlets to drive brand sales performance across all retail channels. Core Responsibilities:1. Strategy Formulation Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly retail marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to formulate differentiated marketing strategies. Define sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail channels.2. Promotion Planning & Execution Plan and execute in-store promotions, new product launches, and seasonal/holiday marketing campaigns. Design promotional schemes, including discounts, threshold-based offers, and Gift with Purchase (GWP). Manage promotion budgets and evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing activities.3. Visual Merchandising (VMD) Management Establish and maintain store Visual Merchandising (VMD) standards. Guide stores on product display, window dressing, and POP (Point of Purchase) placement. Conduct regular store visits to audit and ensure the quality of merchandising execution.4. Sales Training & Support Develop sales scripts and product training materials. Organize training sessions for front-line staff regarding product knowledge and selling techniques. Empower the sales team to improve conversion rates and retail efficiency.5. Data Analysis & Optimization Monitor key retail metrics, including sales data, foot traffic, and conversion rates. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide actionable optimization insights. Generate regular marketing performance and analysis reports.6. Channel Management Maintain strong collaborative relationships with retail channel partners. Coordinate store resources to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Address and resolve day-to-day marketing requirements from retail stores. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience within the retail industry. Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail channel operations and consumer behavior.
