Associate Platform Manager - Assets and Operations Services

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant domain, conducting user requirement analysis, end-to-end system design, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery, and technical support.
Lead and guide junior IT staff (analysts, associates) on project delivery and system support (if necessary).
Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of IT systems which are crucial to CLP’s business operations, particularly those related to the Power System. Key systems include but are not limited to:
Outage Management System
Outage Planning & Notification System
Enterprise Data Historian
Participate in various system lifecycle activities including planning, design, development, deployment, testing, training, system cutover and rollout, documentation, maintenance, and support.
Requirements
A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master’s degree in related domain is desirable.
6-8 years of IT service experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role.
Extensive project implementation and vendor management experience.
Experience in supporting critical systems and working effectively under pressure (e.g., 7x24 incident response and management).
Good communication skills with demonstrated ability in vendor, change, and stakeholder management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive, performance driven and results oriented.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Hands‑on experience or knowledge in the following areas:
IT applications in utilities or energy sectors.
Technologies including. NET,. NET Framework, Java Script, Power Shell, Microservices, MS Power Platform, T‑SQL, RDBMS.
Cloud computing platform such as Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
System integration across different cloud services model (Saa S, Paa S, Iaa S) and different integration approaches.
IT system troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Domain knowledge in Power Systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge / experience in Dev Ops, Test Automation, Fin Ops and AI concept / adoption is highly desirable.
