Customer Service Advisor - Full-time (Taikoo Shing Store)
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. Great service is our sport, and as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the front-line expert handling transactions, returns, complaints, and delivering a smooth, joyful experience to every user.
Your Purpose
At Decathlon, you will be responsible for owning the cashier and service desk zone, managing returns, refunds, exchanges, and resolving user issues. You will also support Click & Collect, e Commerce, and Delivery services, keep track of cash handling accuracy and systems updates, and collaborate with teammates during store opening/closing.

Take part in layout, stock, and omnichannel service operations
Requirements
Friendly, calm, and solution-focused in your approach
Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
Detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate in handling systems and processes
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Experience in customer service or retail can be helpful but not required
Basic knowledge of sports products or involvement in sports activities is welcomed
Any sports certifications or training (e.g., coaching, fitness instruction) are a positive addition

Base pay range: HK$17,000.00/yr - HK$21,000.00/yr
