Job Title: e Commerce IT Support Specialist Location: CWBJob Summary: The e Commerce IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail platforms. This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience on our e Commerce sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for e Commerce platforms, resolving issues related to website performance, payment processing, and user experience. Monitor and maintain the functionality of the online store, ensuring uptime and responsiveness. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers and internal teams. Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify potential issues before they impact users. Document technical processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal use and customer support. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in e Commerce and IT support. Participate in training sessions for staff on new e Commerce tools and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an e Commerce environment. Strong understanding of e Commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao , Amazon, Tmall etc.). Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to websites, databases, and payment gateways. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
