The Hong Kong Support Center (HKSC) is the regional corporate hub for 15 markets in the Asia Pacific region. Operations services partners deliver solutions through expert consultation and program development. As an Operations Services Manager, you will: Develop content, implementation, communication, and sustainment plans for assigned projects, programs, and initiatives, including: Developing advanced and/or innovative implementation and/or testing strategies to ensure quality and operational feasibility prior to rollout. Leading multiple tracks of work including operations engineering, workforce management, testing, and other operational programs/projects. Setting direction for and coaching partners to achieve results and improve store operation productivity. Collecting project feedback and information to identify problems to solve and optimize performance. Ensuring programs are designed with effective sustainment strategies. Analyzing and evaluating project interdependencies and their impacts. Collaborate with peers, manager, and director to support strategic initiatives and projects impacting retail stores. Ensure all teams understand and work toward the business vision, goals, and objectives of the project or program. Be responsible for project deliverables determined by the Asia Pacific Operations team. Provide consultation on test or implementation issues and applicable operational standards. We’d love to hear from people with: Strong knowledge of retail store operations, processes, and procedures. At least 5 years of working experience. Experience in Starbucks retail store operations is a plus. Experience leading moderate- to highly-complex projects. Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes for effective implementation. Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
