This role will assist in delivering the luxury experience, providing outstanding customer service and conveying passion for the brand during every interaction.
Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all clients visiting the boutique Greet all clients and ease their wait (offer drinks, show catalogs…)Organize queue (inside/outside the boutique) and waiting area Handle queue management tools and inform clients on waiting time Be aware of all upcoming client appointments in the day to welcome them accordingly Help clients to make appointment for a later visit Collect client inquiries (objectives of their visit) and be able to inform them on the requests (product availabilities, waiting time…)Dispatch clients who waited to the right person once available Support the boutique operation tasks when needed MORE THAN A JOB…IT'S AN EXPERIENCEIf you are interested in joining the influential growth of the Maison with care, no compromise, and the drive to succeed then do not hesitate to enter the creative universe of Van Cleef & Arpels.
