Regional Human Resources Project Manager, System and Processes Global MNC Company Strong Asia Pacific Presence Attractive Remuneration Job Duties This is a two-year contract assignment tasked to help design and drive employee data management digitalization project across the region. This includes understanding operation and business objectives, reviewing market HR needs and standards, preparing and articulating project plans involving both system (mainly Workday) and processes, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing the plans to achieve the deliverables within budget and with good risk management. There is a possibility to extend or convert based on business needs after the contract is completed. Requirements Solid track record at MNC in driving regional / large scale HR processes / system change projects from a user perspective. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and sense of compliance according to local / corporate requirements. Familiarity with Workday is preferred; but good understanding / hands-on experience in HR operation and its improvement are key. Those from Consultancy background with relevant exposure are welcomed to apply. Additional Responsibilities Provide regional HR support by assisting a professional team of 10. Accountable for facilitating D&I and wellness programs. Assist in preparing HRIS/dashboard reports to support staff planning & C&B review. Support HRBPs from Recruitment, On/Off Boarding, C&B, HRIS reports and Mobility. Oversight L&D (CPT tracking/ mandatory training coordination/ orientation logistics). Facilitate & Source appropriate training programs by working closely with training academy in HQ & UK. Accountable for end to end talent acquisition, on/offboarding and relocation process that calls for extensive liaison with line of business and vendors across Greater China, AP and headquarters. Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning. Oversight daily regional corporate & retail operations inclusive of staffing, talent management and C&B by collaborating with SME. As the HRBP to advise business from talent acquisition, staffing, compensation & benefits, people development and employee relations to cater for the regional business development & corporate strategies across different countries/markets. Facilitate the effective communication & implementation of headcount, performance & development planning by collaborating with SME. Reporting Report to Regional Head of HR. Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review. Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support.
