Responsibilities: Support the deployment of the RFID technology in Asia, acting as a bridge between the Global Project Team, the regional Retail Project Manager, local IT teams, and vendors to coordinate and execute the pilot and rollout. Serve as the Single Point of Contact between the IT Global core team, Regional Retail Project Manager, and local IT teams. Ensure that the IT specifications are well understood, shared, and endorsed. Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare the infrastructure to support the rollout of RFID technology (particularly netlib). Prepare, source, and deliver the right hardware/devices strategy for the region through deployment partners. Coordinate and support the boutique installation of technology and the technical setup in local DCs. Contribute to building a rollout framework compatible with resources and priorities in the region. Ensure coordination between RFID deployment partners and local teams. Build the support model for Asia, aligned with Global principles. Monitor the budget and raise any risks of overspending during project execution. Participate actively in bi-monthly Regional IT project committees and weekly project calls. Coordinate the collection of feedback regarding the tools built globally (especially the new mobile app). Prepare and coordinate the overall testing of the solution with business stakeholders and obtain consent before deployment. Highlight risks and opportunities to ensure successful project delivery. Collect feedback from local IT teams and share with global teams when appropriate to make the rollout successful. Report the progress of the project to the Head of Program and in governance committees when necessary. Job Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred. At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in retail systems design and delivery with successful implementation references. Experience in an international context and culture. Good understanding of retail processes and store operations principles, especially inventory processes and back of house operations. Solid experience in retail systems design and implementation. Experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions. Demonstrated capabilities to think strategically, tactically, and operationally. Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles with local, regional, and global stakeholders. Solid experience in POS-related applications.
