Senior Recruitment Consultant at Clarrow Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage LAN/WAN networks, ensuring connectivity between all data centers, sites, and extranets within the APAC region. Support and oversee the implementation of SD-WAN, routers, switches, and wireless controllers throughout infrastructure projects. Manage relationships with external vendors, including carriers, for ongoing project requirements. Serve as the escalation point for all network operations issues within the organization. Identify and implement solutions to resolve incidents in accordance with service level agreements. Provide technical support to domain teams, market teams, and other users. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network assets, patch information, network diagrams, and operational processes for the platform. Preferred Qualifications CCNA or equivalent certification; CCNP/CCIE is a plus. Work Experience5+ years of experience in supporting network infrastructure; experience in the luxury or retail industry is a plus.3+ years of experience with Telco/SI/vendor environments. Strong background in network administration and revamp projects, including wireless networks, LAN, WAN, and VPN. Experience with cloud networking and SD-WAN design and deployment is a plus. Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex network issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and languages. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Functional/Technical Expertise In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP. Technical expertise in VPN gateways, intrusion detection/protection systems, wireless controllers, access points, routers, switches, proxies, firewalls, and load balancers in multi-vendor environments (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5). Experience in network operations, support, and troubleshooting. Capability to design, implement, and administer network infrastructure devices. Familiarity with unified communications tools and mobile telephony solutions is a plus. Knowledge of various network management tools, including network monitoring software, configuration management software, and network performance analysis tools. Organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a proactive attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication skills. Quick learner, adaptable to new technology trends. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
