Conduct regulatory compliance review on raw materials/ finished goods/ recipes for Asia Pacific markets. Prepare labelling and Regulatory documents, check printed materials for local and imported products. Work with global and local cross functional teams to support new product development. Assist in product registration and import permit. Help to handle regulatory enquiries. Monitor regulatory updates/ work closely with external agencies on Asia Pacific market Regulatory changes and maintain database. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree with major in Food Science/ Food Technology or related disciplines. Knowledge on labelling and regulation in Food and Beverage industry for HK. Prior experience in Regulatory compliance of Asia markets (Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Philippines etc.) is a plus. Good communication skills to work as a team with global and local cross functional teams. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
