Store Operations Manager, Miu Miu, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Responsible to provide operational procedures in the assigned area and to verify with a constant monitoring their implementation. Accountable to ensure the correct handling of goods, care of the product and compliance acting as ambassador with all the Stock Managers and Stock teams of stores of the assigned area. Coordinates the operating activities according to corporate guidelines, policy/procedures and KPI’s. Guarantees the operational support to the Retail Operations Director/Manager of the Area and the HQ/Regional Store Operations. Responsibilities: Procedure implementation Ensures the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines Guarantees the implementation of all procedures in line with corporate guidelines and with the “Store Operation Manual”Trains the Store Managers and the Stock Managers in relation to stockroom management procedures and their updates, making sure that they are adopted and in line with the corporate ones Ensures with a strict monitoring and on-site visits that all the procedures are implemented Guarantees the communication with the Regional/HQ Store Operations structure, especially in the case of exceptions and escalations. Store Services Controls and confirms the priorities of the service required in each individual store Supervises the coordination of the timely activities between IT and stores in case of possible SAP or POS malfunctions Guarantees the assistance to stores in relation to the interpretation and implementation of all procedures and policies Supervises the preparation of packaging and stationery orders for each boutique Supervises the half-year order for Fashion and Technical Uniforms to the Headquarters, based on Guidelines and on local needs and to supervise all the uniform requirement to the HQSupervises the receiving and the management of the Display Objects Maintains contacts and relationships with the providers Supports Store Managers and Stock Managers in: Definitions of the layout of the stock rooms based on the characteristics of the stores in collaboration with the technical office Positioning of goods in warehouses and rationalization of spaces Definition of the Special Areas Inventory management Controls the management of the “cycle count”Supervises all the activities connected with year-end Stock Takes, providing appropriate reports in conjunction with the Functions involved Ensures the planning, the management and the control over all activities linked to End of season stock-taking of finished product and display objects, producing a relevant report in collaboration with the personnel responsible Ensures the planning, the management and the control over the activities linked to stock-taking in the External warehouses Report/KPIControls the stocks and KPI Operations and to guarantee the sending of reports to the center on regard of: Transit Goods Special stocks Stolen Negatives Gift Monitoring Uniforms Stock Personnel Management (In case of Assistants)Evaluates the performance of the Stock Managers and the Stock Staff Executes the planning of the managed employees and trains them adequately Coordinates and plans the activities of its resources through an accurate distribution of tasks and responsibilities Provides the information necessary for the proper performance of the tasks Manages the induction training of new resources through the most appropriate methods (coaching, training, feedback, etc.)Ensures that the behavior of its resources is aligned with the standards required by the group Manages performance evaluation interviews of its resources after aligning with the Store Manager. Rationalizes and strengthens the attitudes of staff giving priority to personal skills.
