Lead mass hiring campaigns and job fairs for frontline roles, including coordination with store operation teams.
Manage compensation proposal and offer extension.
Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to business units, store operations, and People & Culture teams.
Provide consultative support on hiring decisions, market insights, and candidate experience.
Support store managers in decentralized hiring models, offering training and process guidance Process Optimization & Compliance Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Utilize ATS and dashboards to monitor hiring metrics, pipeline health, and turnaround time.
Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to streamline recruitment workflows.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement Contribute to employer branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Engage with universities and vocational institutions to attract early talent.
Promote referral schemes and recruitment events to boost candidate engagement.
Reporting & Analytics Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring performance.
Align hiring data with workforce planning.
Do you have experience in Talent Acquisition?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both office and frontline hiring.
Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and data-driven hiring practices.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
