Responsibilities: Maintenance & Monitoring of Product-Level Risk Control Systems Maintain and optimize risk control systems for crypto asset management products, ensuring timely identification of potential market, operational, and compliance risks.
Regularly update systems to improve responsiveness and accuracy.
Independent Risk Reporting on Markets or Tokens Prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) risk analysis reports on markets or specific tokens, covering market trends, volatility, key risk factors, and external conditions that may impact portfolio performance.
Market Monitoring & Risk Alerts Track cryptocurrency market developments in real time — including price movements, trading volume changes, and market sentiment — using risk systems to identify signals and provide timely alerts to support decision-making.
Portfolio Risk Analysis & Reporting Assess and analyze risk exposure across portfolio assets and produce regular risk exposure reports to ensure product risk remains within acceptable thresholds under varying market conditions.
Data Analysis & Reporting Automation Utilize programming skills (e.g., Python, R) to analyze historical data, automate risk reporting and alert systems, and improve data processing efficiency.
Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
Work Experience At least 2 years of risk control experience in financial asset management; familiarity with cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills Proficient in Python, Excel, or similar tools for data analysis and processing Ability to build and optimize risk models Familiar with market data analysis and portfolio risk assessment methodologies Market Knowledge Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and relevant regulations, with the ability to evaluate risks and design mitigation strategies.
Communication & Collaboration Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and drive initiatives forward.
