Responsibilities Write, improve and share procedures, rules and documentation regarding the Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies. Ensure compliance with Corporate and local QHSE requirements and regulations. Drive Health & Safety/QHSE Committees. Project Manager for the obtention and maintenance of Quality standards (ISO, IMS…). Make actors aware of risks regarding Health & Safety, the Environment and Quality. Define and propose action plans and supervise their implementation. Define and ensure a checking and inspection plan. Accompany the various Departments in their analysis of incidents. Analyse indicators and propose action plans. Facilitate the distribution of Best Practices. Carry out audits concerning the application of processes and standards and review systems in place regularly. Undertake ad-hoc safety projects as directed by management. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Quality, Health & Safety. Professional Diploma in Applied Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent. Registered Safety Officer. Construction and occupational safety and health-related certifications. Effective experience with audits, ISO and IMS certifications is highly preferred. Strong sense of responsibility and leadership to lead the safety policy. Strong planning and organizing capabilities. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Irregular hours and nightshift work may be necessary. We offer a 5-day week with excellent benefits including medical and dental plan to the right candidate.
