Sales Consultant to Manager - Overseas Properties|Client side Employer: We are partnering with several property developers from the UK and Hong Kong, they are currently seeking Sales representative to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong to coordinate & boost the sales of the residential properties in the UK. Job Duties: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Guide clients through the sales process, providing expert advice on overseas property investment. Organize and conduct client meetings (both in-person and online). Manage leads from marketing campaigns and client referrals. Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Coordinate with colleagues from other offices across the APAC region to support business growth and client service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.2-8 years of proven experience in Residential Sales, experiences in overseas property sales is highly preferred. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with team members across different locations.
