Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Leadership – Lead the development and execution of the Asia markets sales and marketing strategy with a core focus on Japan & Korea, aligned with overall company growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities, develop a strong pipeline, and secure partnerships with major retailers across diverse verticals. Drive consultative selling of end‑to‑end loyalty solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and contract closure. Build and expand the company’s presence across APAC markets, focusing on high‑growth regions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions. Localize sales and marketing initiatives to align with market‑specific behaviors and retailer needs. Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with senior retail stakeholders, including C‑level executives. Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term retention. Marketing & Brand Development – Work with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales collateral. Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client presentations. Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide feedback on market needs to influence product development and innovation. Qualifications15+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles within FMCG, loyalty, retail marketing, CRM, digital solutions, or related industries. Strong Japan and/or Korea market experience with established networks across supermarkets, convenience stores, fuel stations, retail chains, or consumer‑facing industries. Demonstrated success in high‑level negotiations and closing complex, multi‑market deals. Excellent communication skills in English. Japanese or Korean candidates with strong business development experience in Japan or Korea retail markets are welcome. Experience marketing solutions to international retailers is a big plus.
