Aligns with sustainability, complies with NF X30-503, ISO 9001, CE, UL.
Position Overview Drive sales in healthcare sector (hospitals, medical laboratories).
Blend technical knowledge with sales to promote RECESS benefits: Reliable, Efficient, Cost-effective, Eco-friendly, Safe, Satisfying.
Target hospitals & medical laboratories for infection control and waste efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Present and demo solution to clients.
Assess client needs, recommend solution based on capacity and space.
Customize solutions, integrate real-time monitoring (Ewon tech for kg processed, energy use).
Identify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships.
Prepare proposals with cost analyses k Wh/model).
Provide training, post-sales support.
Track sales, market trends (220+ installations in 65+ countries).
Educate on certifications and compliance.
Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Environmental/Biomedical).
Background in sales engineering in medical/environmental tech is an advantage.
Knowledge of waste treatment, microwaves, hospital operation is an advantage.
Strong sales, communication, negotiation skills.
English/Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency; travel willingness.
MS Office proficient.
