Identify and assess new market opportunities to increase reach and impact.
Partnership Development Build strong relationships with NGOs, hospitals, governments, education sector, and corporations.
Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies.
Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute B2 B sales strategies to boost product adoption.
Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events.
Client Interaction & Documentation Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules.
Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
Leadership and Team Collaboration (For Business Development Manager) Manage a small team to align business development initiatives with the company's product roadmap and brand strategy.
Mentor and guide junior team members in business development and sales-related activities.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration (BBA) or related disciplines is a plus.4yr + experience for Sales Executive role/ 8yr + experience for Business Development Manager role.
Experience in management and fundraising is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
