We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead the AIo T product sales targeting facilities management companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong business development mindset to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing sector across the region.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the AIo T product line.
Identify and target potential clients within the facilities management sector across Hong Kong, Macau, and China, with opportunities to expand into Southeast Asia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Present product offerings and solutions to potential clients, demonstrating value and ROI.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to business owners.
Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the technology or facilities management sectors.
Strong hunting attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Familiarity with AIo T technologies and solutions is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable.
