About the role Tecstar Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sha Tin District. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for leading and developing our local distribution efforts, playing a critical role in the overall success of our organisation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of our brand. What you’ll be doing Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the local distribution channels Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base Fostering strong relationships with key accounts and partners Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within the local distribution industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Familiarity with the local distribution landscape and customer base Higher diploma or equivalent in a relevant field What we offer At Tecstar Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
