Job Description:
Gain an understanding of customer base, competition, pricing, and other market variables to drive the business performance
Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with customers and provide professional sales service
Formulate and implement sales & marketing plans and strategies, explore new business opportunities, identifies the need for new sales prospects
Manage sales forecasting and budgets, setting and achieve the company's monthly/ annual sales targets with strategic plans
Work closely with internal parties to ensure the capacity of the production fulfilling the client's needs
Build and lead the overall development direction for the wholesale team to generate profitable sales to maximize sales achievements, profitability, and growth
Handle customer complaints and enquiries to improve customer satisfaction
Conduct any ad
- hoc assignments/ projects as required

Require:
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in related field
School certificate
Good command in English and Chinese language (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Sound market knowledge with strong analytical skills and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships are essential
Good supervisory experience with excellent problem-solving communication skills
Strong customer service, negotiation and business development skills
Mature, confident, aggressive, positive, independent, self-motivated
Sales-oriented, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline
