You’ll be responsible for: Negotiating with gatekeepers to reach decision makers Presenting proposals with commercial justifications for investing in solutions Effectively closing opportunities Developing and executing a robust pipeline Building and nurturing business partner relationships to increase revenue Defining and creating a product portfolio strategy including segmentation, targeting, and positioning in conjunction with Solution Marketing Managers Attending customer sites regularly with and without account executives to engage with customers about their industry, business challenges, and how Lexis Nexis can develop suitable products and services Meeting monthly with solution line leaders and product managers to receive briefings on product plans and customer use of Lexis Nexis products and services, and incorporating this information into team training and sales plans To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 10 years of experience in a sales role within a prominent organization using solution and consultative selling approaches At least 4 years of experience managing a sales team Experience in establishing, building, and maintaining long-term channel relationships that generate revenue growth Confidence and comfort in presenting business solutions to a C-Level audience Proven performance against sales objectives Strong negotiation skills in a complex solutions environment Experience and training in high-level account management and client relationship development Experience leading a team through organizational change processes Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with staff at all levels within a law firm (essential)Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)High-level presentation skills (essential)Apply today or learn more about opportunities with Lexis Nexis or RELX Global: We help lawyers win cases, manage their work more efficiently, serve their clients better, and grow their practices.
