Role Overview The National Sales Manager, Hong Kongwill be responsible for developing and driving the company's commercial activities in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the HQ in Europe.
This role combinesstrategic business developmentwithhands-on sales execution.
The successful candidate will be the company's representative on the ground, tasked with building the client base and establishing long-term relationships with key accounts.
Service offering includes Time & Material, Managed Services, and IT Consulting solutions.
Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Hong Kong across targeted sectors.
Identify, approach, and secure new clients for IT staffing, managed services, and consulting engagements.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and account management.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reporting to European HQ on pipeline, performance, and financials.
Lead the future hiring of the local team as the business scales.
Manage P&L for the local HK entity.
Profile Minimum 7, 8 years of experience in sales or business development within IT consulting Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong IT market and an established professional network.
Proven track record in developing new accounts and driving revenue autonomously.
Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and capable of representing the brand independently.
