Sales & Operations Manager (Sanitary Ware & Fittings)
A fast-growing premium sanitary ware and fittings brand is looking for a high-caliber Sales & Operations Manager to lead sales forecasting, supply chain execution, and operational efficiency from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage of a new brand launch and play a pivotal role in building the sales and supply infrastructure in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own accurate sales forecasts (short-term rolling + annual) based on market trends, historical data, channel performance, and new product pipeline.
Lead end-to-end supply chain management — coordinate with overseas factories/suppliers, manage inventory replenishment, monitor lead times, and ensure timely delivery to meet sales demand.
Oversee daily operations including order processing, stock allocation, warehouse coordination with 3 PL, and after-sales support.
Manage P&L elements under your scope — control costs, track budget vs. actual, and drive gross margin improvement.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align promotions, new launches, and channel strategies with supply availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, showrooms, project developers, and interior designers.
Prepare regular sales & supply reports, KPI dashboards, and management updates.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in sales forecasting, supply planning, or operations management.
Proven track record in FMCG, building materials, sanitary ware, fittings, furniture, or home improvement industry is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in forecasting tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), Excel (advanced), and ideally Power BI.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes (import, customs, 3 PL coordination, inventory control).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Proactive, hands‑on, and able to work independently in a start‑up-like brand environment.
