Familiarity with project workflows and client dynamics is highly valued.3、Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and engineers.4、A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a strong sense of initiative and an adaptive mindset.5、Previous experience in key account sales or project-based selling within the home furnishing or building materials industry is advantageous but not required.
