Project Details What We Need Supervise the Exhibition Booth: Greet visitors and provide information Answer Questions: Assist with inquiries about the exhibition, The Singapore Students Prize, and The Sovereign Art Foundation On-Site Support: Distribute voting slips and assist with artwork voting Engage Visitors: Approach guests to offer insights about individual artworks and guide them around the exhibition Promote Artwork Sales: Encourage interest in the artworks and assist with online auction Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the exhibition space is tidy Exhibition will be held at ART SG, Marina Bay Sands Singapore from 22-25 January 2026 Background We have an upcoming art exhibition, The Sovereign Art Charity Students Prize, Singapore 2026 Finalists' Exhibition, organised by The Sovereign Art Foundation (SAF).
We are looking to recruit some volunteers to support us.
SAF is a charitable organisation founded in 2003 to recognise, support and promote contemporary art talent; and to bring the therapeutic benefits of art to disadvantaged children.
Established in 2017, The Sovereign Art Charity Students Prize, Singapore is an award that aims to recognise the work of secondary-school art students in Singapore by: exhibiting their work to a wide and engaged audience; celebrating the importance of art in the education system; rewarding successful secondary-school art programmes; engaging with organisations that share SAF's aims of promoting arts in the community and encouraging cultural development.
This year's Finalists Exhibition will be held at ART SG, Marina Bay Sands Singapore from 22-25 January 2026 – providing wonderful exposure for the young artists.
What We Have Briefing session: to equip you with essential information about The Sovereign Art Foundation and The Singapore Students Prize. Team Environment: Work alongside a dedicated group of volunteers and receive support from SAF staff.
Why this is important This exhibition will help to support students in Singapore by providing them an incredible platform, as well as raising awareness for our charitable causes.
The auction of the students' artwork, which the volunteer will help to facilitate, will act as an essential fundraiser for our programmes.
