Prior experience as Fund Sales in Fund Houses / Private Banks.
Familiar with private & retail banking intermediaries.

Responsibilities
Increase profile and penetration of Asset Management's fund solutions with new and existing distribution partners in Hong Kong.
Work closely and collaboratively with other intermediary business teams e.g. in Singapore, to leverage existing distributor relationships.
Develop a clear understanding and be fully conversant with Asset Management solution set, and be able to provide credible explanations.
Possess the ability to sell the value proposition to a broad audience demonstrating a thorough understanding of the investment process and Asset Management business model.
Independently pursue opportunities and provide client focused content and presentations in response to client enquiries.
Support key target intermediary clients and prioritize efforts on high‑potential opportunities aligned with business development objectives.
Work with wider Asset Management teams to leverage resources efficiently and maximize success.
Represent Asset Management to participate in conferences, seminars, and roadshows as needed to strengthen client engagement.
Assist with new intermediary account onboarding and reporting including KYC and AML procedures.
Maintain client databases and marketing collateral. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, internal research and product updates.

Solid understanding of investment strategies and products across equity, fixed income, multi‑asset and alternative investment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling effective client engagement.
Ability to work on multiple assignments against strict and competing deadlines.
High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail and positive.
Experience and Qualification
Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Solid work experience (preferably in asset management industry) in business development, sales & marketing, relationship management.
Prior experience in fund sales and institutional sales within asset management firms is a plus.
