Job Description As our Sales / Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate our services, manage accounts, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing client relationships to achieve sales targets Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored proposals and solutions to potential clients Act as the primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing quotations Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, design, technical, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution of client projects and events Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor performance Participate in networking and industry events to represent the company and expand your professional network Manage and maintain accurate sales records and client databases Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of client interactions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Any relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within event management or related industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients with both text-based and verbal means Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience Attractive sales commission and incentive structure Medical Benefits Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth If you are a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences, we would love to hear from you.
