Responsibilities: Ensure daily operations are up and running by managing different kind of transaction such as Inward, Outward and Intermediary remittance transactions to be processed before payment cut-off time Handles different kind of enquiries from internal stakeholders/customers related to remittance transactions Review and enhance the operational procedures to improve the efficiency and controls to key processes.
Identify process loopholes and respective control prototypes to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Support the Manager/Team Head to handle daily operations (remittance and telecommunication) and to ensure fully compliance with rules and regulations stipulated in operational manuals, guideline and policy With the use of data analysis, to generate and prepare management reporting.
Participate in different projects and business initiatives.
