This position is responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits, including design, planning, programs, policies, guidelines, and governance.
Design and Planning
Support the formulation of C&B strategies and planning
Build infrastructure and tools to enhance C&B management
Monitor market practices, benchmark, report findings, and recommend changes for management review
Drive continuous improvements in C&B to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Programs
Design and implement annual C&B programs such as salary reviews, bonuses, and LTI
Review, design, and develop new programs and initiatives with stakeholders
Benchmark executive benefits to ensure competitiveness
Conduct robust analysis and provide market insights to ensure pay competitiveness
Prepare annual staff cost budgets and assumptions
Work on special projects to modernize the company's C&B programs
