Client Description Highlights• 3+ years working experience in HR field for strategy planning• Good analytics skill with independent & well-organized character• Solid working experience on staff reward / commission scheme is required Job Description • Responsible for HR plans and strategies’ development according to business objectives• In charge the HR System’s design & maintenance to improve efficiency, provide relevant training to the Business Units• Support business development based on in-depth analytics from existing internal data with external research. Identify problems, propose suggestion and conduct follow up actions• Prepare solutions by using Excel, Power Point presentations• Assist the business section head to enhance & review the commission scheme and performance reward plans Job Requirements • Bachelor Degree or above with in Human Resources, Business Analysis or related• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable IT & Telecom companies• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally• Excellent Analytical and logical mindset• Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, details and achievement oriented• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and Power Point• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
