Identify problems, propose suggestions and conduct follow-up actions Prepare solutions by using Excel and Power Point presentations Assist the business section head to enhance & review the commission scheme and performance reward plans Job Requirements Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Analysis or related Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable IT & Telecom companies Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally Excellent analytical and logical mindset Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and achievement-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and Power Point Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
