Job Duties: Perform claims assessment on life and medical cases, ensure timely and accurate claim settlements Handle complaint and appeal cases for smooth resolution Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and customer experience Review and update claims guidelines and manuals to ensure work delivered meets regulatory requirements and internal policies Collaborate with other departments to resolve claims-related issues Perform and participate in projects, not limited to new product launch, system enhancement, claims processing, digitalization etc.
Job Requirements: Degree holder with 4+ years of working experience in the claims industry Possess experience in people management / coaching Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Able to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism Professional certifications such as IIQE, LOMA would be a plus Strong communication in English and Chinese is a must
