Responsibilities
Lead and manage the presales team for Cloud Infrastructure Solutions
Provide technical guidance, best practices, and career development for team members
Understand, analyze customer requirements by solution base selling approach to achieve business outcome
Research and review new solutions and product on Cloud Infrastructure Solutions
Partner with Sales team to develop business opportunities by providing technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, technical proposal, solution demonstrations and proof of concept test
Good communication between technical teams, sales, vendors and customers
Align with various implementation teams, to articulate customer requirements, solution design considerations and details, so as to facilitate a smooth transition from Presales to Solution Delivery
Partner with Sales team for Strategic Account management
Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information System related field
At least 12 years working experience in IT industry, pre-sales experience is preferred
Experience in solution configuration, proof of concept, proposal development and competitive analysis
Knowledge of Server & Storage, VDI and backup products will be an advantage
Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese a must, Putonghua preferable
