As a Sous Chef - Staff Restaurant, we rely on you to: Oversee the daily operations of the staff restaurant, including food production, food presentation, and menu design Maintain the food quality and kitchen sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards and the Hotel's safety regulations Order ingredients, arrange the roster of the team, operate equipment and conduct mise en place verification to uphold the staff restaurant's highest quality benchmarks Conduct regular training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food recipes, and food safety to enhance the proficiency of the team We are looking for someone who has: Minimum 8 years of culinary and management experience in luxury hotels, clubhouses, or upscale catering groups, including 4 years of experience in hotels with similar capacity Experience in the operation of a staff restaurant would be an advantage Solid hygiene knowledge in HACCPKnowledge in Microsoft Office applications Strong leadership and communication skills in both Chinese and English All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
