Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of bills processors to perform bills transactions. Ensure daily bills transactions are conducted smoothly and comply with internal procedures and legal requirements. Contact customers, business units, and other departments to provide operational and professional bills advice. Customer-oriented attitude is required to provide efficient and timely services to customers. Handle other duties as assigned. Requirements: University degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5. Minimum 5 years of solid managerial experience, preferably within the banking industry in the bills area. CDCS holder preferable. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Good command of both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate in Putonghua being an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
