Senior Product Specialist (Security Services) Client Description Regional telecom carrier Job Description • Take part in entire IT service management lifecycle of security services including market feasibility research, technical evaluation, supplier management, service rollout and continuous service improvement• Liaise effective and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders• Provide technical support and training to internal personnel on security services• Responsible for preparing product documents such as product specifications, operation documents and workflows• Assist presales team and sales team on complex solution design• Follow and implement the organization’s information security policies.• Be responsible for safeguarding the security of the company’s information and computing assets.• Report security events, weaknesses and incidents according to the defined procedure Job Requirements • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline• Minimum 5 years working experience whereas at least 3 years in cybersecurity related field• Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security• Knowledge of server and network virtualization is advantageous• Holder of ITIL and any security professional certification is preferred• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Specialist, Security Services
