Prepare and review accounting records and schedules. Monitor and assist in day to day accounting functions, including AR, AP and GL. Inter-company controls and transactions. Consolidate various management reports and analyses. Assist in year-end audit and tax filing. Review AR Ageing report, alert management for any irregular outstanding and advise appropriate actions. Bank accounts and cashflow management. Render in improving the internal control and operations. Requirements: Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience. Experience in trading or retail industry will be an advantage. Proactive and able to meet tight deadlines. Familiar with ERP software. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Immediate available is highly preferred.
