JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a diligent and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for business use. The candidate will be responsible for managing our financial data and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and accounting laws and regulations in Hong Kong. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and update account data regularly. Prepare annual reports for financial audit. Ensure compliance with tax- and accounting-relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong. Work closely with the management team to understand and manage the company’s financial needs. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the company’s needs. Assist with general office duties when required. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSProven experience with Xero accounting software. Solid understanding of tax- and accounting-relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong. Well-organized, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Experience in preparing annual reports for financial audits. Ability to work up to 20 hours per month.
