Responsibilities: Reconciliation and Reporting: Responsible for the reconciliation and assurance of quality and consistency across all financial records and statements.

Responsible for full set accounting books such as AP, AR and GL Perform detailed reconciliations of various accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client accounts.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly classified in the general ledger.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Submit audit requirements to the Insurance Authority Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee the proper maintenance of the financial books and records, including posting of accounting journals and entries.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Manage the collection of client receivables and coordinate with the sales team to resolve any outstanding balances.

Maintain and update the chart of accounts and accounting policies and procedures as needed.

Month-end and Forecasting: Support the month-end closing process, including the preparation of accruals, deferrals, and other adjustments.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budgets, working closely with department heads.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on cost trends, revenue projections, and other key performance indicators.

Participate in strategic planning and special projects to improve financial processes and reporting.

Client and Partner Reconciliations: Reconcile transactions and balances with clients, reinsurance partners, and other external parties.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to financial matters, providing timely and accurate responses.

Collaborate with the client service team to ensure smooth and transparent financial interactions with clients.

  Requirements: 4-5 years of accounting experience in the insurance brokerage industry Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA or ACCA certification preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
